Wrong Date of Birth(DOB) on H4 Visa

My Wife got H4 visa from chennai consulate last week and her date of birth is printed wrong on the visa. Is that advisable to travel with wrong DOB on the visa or is it mandatory to get it changed ? Any past experinces, suggestions are welcome.
