    H1B approved (COS) , can I change employer

    Hi All,

    I am in US on H4 and just got my H1 approved on Dec 2016 second week ( after an RFE). As this is an COS approval and I am already in US , I've UpTo 60 days to enter in to employment. Can I transfer my H1 to different employer before I start my job ?
