    CEAC asking to I797 after H1b is approved

    Hi,
    I had my H1B visa interview on Dec 20th 2016. With out looking at documents, Visa officer said my H1B is approved. However, I get an email yesterday from HYderabad CEAC (Visa consulate) to scan and send my I797 petition. Did this happen to any one ?
