H4 Stamping - Supporting Documents
It is published on this site that the supporting documents require Notice Of Action ( I797 ) in original during interview.
For a scenario, where the H1 holders are in USA & their dependants are in India, attending H4 visa stamping interviews.
Confused on the above publication on immihelp site saying it requires the original as a supporting document by the family, when the H1 holders are in USA.
I disagree with this statement, since the original document is of prime importance to the H1 holder & should remain in their possession.
