My H1b visa stamping had expired on May 2013. I have however spent only 3 years of my H1B tenure. In the mean time I had applied for a B1 vis and have been using it for business travels. I would like to know can i now apply or renew for H1b. If it is going to be a new application , is it quota exempt?
