Travel outside home country after filling DS 160

Hi All,

I have a question regarding a particular section on DS 160. I have recently filled DS160 where I mentioned that I have not traveled outside my home country within the previous 5 years, but after filling the DS 160 and prior to my PA scheduled dates, I had a sudden unplanned trip scheduled to Maldives. So on the actual PA date I would have traveled outside my home country but on the contrary my DS 160 would say that I have not traveled outside my home country. Is this fine? Please let me know..
