How soon H4 depend has to enter USA?
Hi,
My H1b VISA is expiring on Jun 1st, 2017. My wife got H4 visa today (Jan 3rd, 2017) and she got her H4 till June 1st.
How soon she has to travel in USA. I'm planning to bring US in april 2nd week (at least 45days before her visa end date), after she comes here I'll apply for our extension (H1 and H4).
FYI. I heard that some H4 people are sent back from Dubai while they are travelling with in 60days.
