H1 amendment for Home location change

With my current H1 I have my Work/Office location as well as home location where I work very rarely.
I moved to another state but my office location remained same.
Is it needed to amend the H1 petition even though one of the work location remains same, and considering I don't work from home.
It would be great if someone can share some official website link. My company HR is asking for an H1 amendment
