H1b Amendment filed with old employer but new employer petition is approved
Hi All,
I have a question about this process.
Back in May 2015, I moved to NY from CA to a company 'B' as a consultant. I was under Employer A at that point.
Due to change in location, my Employer A collected details from me to file h1B amendment. It was in July 2015(before the last date to file amendment).
But, I was not informed about any progress about that.
In the meantime, Company 'B' approached me to make me a full-time employer and I accepted the offer and company 'B' filed a h1B transfer and extension for me along with a new LCA and a new G-28.
Now, the new petition from company 'B' is approved. But, I don't have any information about my old amendment petition filed by my previous employer(Employer A).
In this situation, if I go for stamping, would I have any issues in terms of my old amendment petition filed by my ex-employer?
