I am working in US on L1B VISA.
My spouse has approved H1B and working in US - It is 1st time approved H1B (Not extension)
My child (minor) is on L2 visa (dependent of L1B)
I and my child both need to file Change of Status from L to H4 (dependent of H1B).
What shall I select in question 2.a and 3.a
