H-1B Transfer Receipt Time

I am currently on H-1b, and received a new job offer last month, with a start date of Jan 17, 2017. The new employer's attorney filed the petition on January 3, 2017. I have not yet received my receipt notice, and am starting to get worried. Anyone else in this situation?

That's barely 5 days ago.. most govt agencies are inching their way back to work post-Holidays.
