H4 Stamping in a third country (Sydney)

I was wondering if one of you had any recent experiences to share about H4 visa stamping in a third country.

I am an Indian Citizen, already have a H1B stamp in my passport and am planning to take my wife(Indian Citizen as well) to the US Consulate at Sydney. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you provide all the neccessary documents from urside...There is a possibilty of stamping H4 being in US......Make sure all are valid documents..
