H1B petition transfer

Hello friends,

I had a query regarding H1B visa. I had applied for H1B visa last year via a Consultant B. I work for Company A in India. I got I- 797C Petition approvedfrom Consultant B. I am still working for company A in India. I have not joined Consultant B and i dont have any Pay Stubs of Consultant B. I have never travelled to US before. Stamping yet not done. I had below queries -

1. Can i transfer my petition to Company A or any other employer? I dont have any Pay stubs from Consultant B as i am not working for them yet.

2. If i go for Stamping via Consultant B and my visa gets Stamped. Can i transfer my petition to Company A or any other employer? I dont have any Pay stubs from Consultant B as i am not working for them yet.

Yes you can transfer. Since this is your first I797 and didn't traveled to US Pay stubs doesn't matter.

Yes even after visa stamping also you can transfer. VISA will be valid and you have to carry new I-797 during port of entry.
