Can someone help me understand what are my options to revive my H1 with an valid I-140. I have my I-140 approved and valid with company A and have completed my first 6 years period on H1 and was on 3 year extension(almost 2 years remaining) with I-140. Due to some personal circumstances I had to return back to India, and company A had cancelled my H1, and now I have an offer with company B. My question is, can company B revive my H1 with the existing I-140 or should I start all over again with new H1? Any help is much appreciated
