H1B visa stamping

I have Australian PR visa 189 and recently i was in Australia for 2 weeks to activate my visa. Next week i am going for H1B stamping,can someone please confirm what exactly I need to tell to visa office about my Australian visit and visa. As I have Australian work permit,is this going to affect H1 stamping ?

Just tell the truth and everything will be alright.

Just because you have Australia visa or work permit, that is not going to create problems with US H1 visa.
