Hello,
I received a 7th year extension before completion of 6 years of H1B. It was due to Perm pending for > 365 days. The 7th year ends on 3/21/17 after capturing of all duration outside US.
Employer didn't pursue I-140 in 6 month window after PERM got approved and the application got cancelled.
Another company filed for Perm on 3/8/16. This company is not my employer. This Perm application is under audit now. Can this company file for extension of my visa based on 365 days rule?
