Non profit h1b and now H1B approved but revoked without joined. Will it be counted

Hi,

I'm currently in non profit H1B for past 2 years . One company applied for profit H1B 2016 and finally approved on December 8th 2016. But that company who applied want to revoke my H1B without joining.

Will I be considered non excempt For H1B as once approved? Please let me know it's very urgent.
