FOIA or i824 form || to get my I797 record for approved H1b petition

What is good way to get my I797 record for approved H1b petition from USCIS, as consultant never shared the documents or any other document with me (it got approved in Sep 2014).
only one thing I have is receipt number ( which I strongly believe is mine only, after having many communication with the consultant)
Should I try for FOIA or i824 form ?

On a side note : I am on H4 visa as of now in USA

Only the petitioner, it's attorney, or it's accredited representative can request a copy of the petition approval letter
