Help regarding H1 Visa transfer
Hi,
I have an approved I797 H1-B petition AND also the visa stamped for Company A received last week. Now company B is also interested in transferring the petition by premium processing and applying for visa(Cap Exempt). If I apply for visa with company B within 2-3 months of getting the visa from Company A, is there a risk of consular office rejecting my visa altogether?Or can best case I can have another visa from Company B too but visa from A is cancelled?Please note that I am in India.
