if current h1b is revoked, does this result in h1b extension to denial

Hi

I was working for a company X on H1b visa and they filed my extension(in advance), and after this I resigned from this company(after h1b transfer to company Y).

Now X has revoked the current petition, will it result in h1b extension to denial by default
