Hello Everyone,
Please note that My wife and Son are planning to travel during May 21st 2017 to India. They both are on H4 Visa. As of now, I am on H1B with 2nd extension to my Petition. I am expecting to get the petition papers in another 2 months. My Company ( Accenture ) has filed it through Premium mode.
Following are my questions,
1 . I would like to book the tickets for them right now Instead of waiting for my petition papers to come on March'2017 . Is it safe to book the tickets now or should I wait ?
2. Do I need to go for US Consulate stamping ? Based on my dates below ?

US Entry Date : 7th July 2014
I94 Date : 21st July 2016
1st Extension Valid date : 31st May 2017
LCA Valid till : July 2019
2nd Extension : Expected to get the papers (I797 ) within March'2017
Wife/Son : H4

I94 Date : 31st July 2016
1st Extension valid date : 31st May 2017
LCA Valid Till : July 2019
2nd Extension : Expected to get the papers within March'2017
Please let me know what are the options ?
