Hi Friends,
My H1B is expiring on 3rd May 2017 and have only a month to recapture. PERM will be filed in couple of days as I signed and sent the PERM form to attorney. What should I do as I have very less time?
If I travel to India and wait for I140 approval once PERM approved. Can I still file an extension post 3rd May 2017 and at the time of I140 approval?
