Tax question for H1 visa

I am holding H1 visa.
I have a question about tax. There are some applications such as perktv, yoolotto. If you keep watching advertisement with their application, you will get gift card from them.
My question is this legal? I know if I have H1 visa, I could not work for another company.

There is no explicit provision in the law to clarify the way you are asking.

While on H1, you can't work for anyone.

However, you can have a passive income such as from interest, investments etc.

What you are doing would fall more under work category.
