Question for H4 Visa
I got my H1-B visa approved recently and before travelling to US I want to complete the H4 visa processing for my spouse.
Can you please guide me with H4 process and documents which are required.
As I have not yet been to US and didn't applied for H4 simultaneously with H1-B , I want to understand what all documents are required.
Is it mandatory to have my spouse name in my passport and my name in spouse passport.
Request you to help me in this regard.
