Travelling for VISA stamping while another amendment in process
Hi,
I am in a peculiar situation and need some help. My H-1B visa extension is approved. On the other hand I have another amendment in process (Location & Role Change). Now for certain personal reasons I have to travel to India. Obviously I would get my VISA stamped during that time. My question is whether is it ok to travel in such situation. Given that:
1. My extension is already approved
2. My in-process amendment doesn't involve client change
3. My in-process amendment includes location change, but new location is still in the same zip-code as earlier. It includes role change as well.
Please help me on this.
