H1 Trasfer to employer C while H1 Transfer to employer B status is RFE
Hi
I am currently working for employer A, employer B applied for H1 transfer and current status of which is RFE(Requesting for docs related to company). Now employer C is willing to apply for H1 transfer.
P.S : I am still working with employer A
My questions
1. Will H1 transfer to employ C happens smoothly ??
2. Can I join employer C on receipt notice since it is a US based product company
3. Should I let employer C know that my H1 transfer with employer B is in RFE status.
4. If employer C denies to apply for H1 transfer since my H1 transfer with employer B is in RFE status then can I join employer B even though it's in RFE status.
5. What is my current employer revokes my visa before my next employer applies for H1 transfer
