H1B to L1 transfer

Hi,

I work for a multinational American company in US on H1B Visa and it's been my 3rd year on this visa. I would like to know if an H1B Visa can be converted to L1 Visa? Just FYI, I did not work for this MNC abroad. I started with this company in US only and am still working in US.

No. You have to have worked abroad for at least one year in past three years for this company or one of its parent/subsidiaries.

Isn't that just for L1A? What about L1B?
