Hi,

Suppose I am working at location A in US. My employer now wants me to move to location B (distance between A & B is more than 50 miles).

My question is, if my employer files Amendment, then can I start working at location B while the Amendment is still in progress? Or do I need to wait till it gets approved?

Hi Niket, You can start working at location B once you have the LCA (for B) and the receipt for the amendment. I know many who have done this including myself.
