I am looking at H-1B LCA petitions filed by a certain hospital: Children's Hospital.
Is there any way to tell if the institution is exempt from the H-1B cap? Looks like they are filing the LCA petitions year-round, and that many of the positions are certified with a wage of less than 60k.
