    H1b Amendment and H1b transfer

    Hi Guys,

    Currently I'm on H1B visa working for X.I moving from location A to B.So the company is filing amendment and LCA.
    I got a new offer from other Company. My question is
    1.When Company X has applied for Amendment and in process, can we do H1B transfer?
    2.Will there be any issues like REF.

    Can you please help me with the above questions.
