H4 COS to H1b Conversion

HI All,

I was on H1B till Dec 15th 2016 [my H1b is valid till Aug 2017] and I applied for H4 COS on Dec 26th 2016 and got Receipt number.

My H4 COS is in pending/ In progress.

Now I got good offers and I would like to work on H1b

What are the best ways to change my status back to H1b.

I would really appreciate your assiatance on this.

Pls share if anybody experience this kind of situation.
