H1 B Transfer Premium Processing
Hi All
I currently am on Business Wait with my current Employer at Onsite since 1 week and as per the Companies policies, they are relocating me back to India. In this mean process, I filed a new H1B transfer through a Consultancy and waiting on my new H1 B receipt number. It takes few more days to get that. Could I still start working with my New Employer even though I didnt receive the Receipt number? My Current Employer has already sent me tickets to go back but as of now I am willing to stay back here in USA for couple of more years
