    Hi all

    I have filed my papers last year i.e 10th Aug 2005 with Premium.
    I received my INS Number also.
    After some time i heard from my employer that it was postponed to next years quota since 2005 quota is full.
    Is there any chance that it will be postponed to next years quota and if not what will happen with the money we paid to consulate.
