I currently am working in a quality role at a medical device company in Minnesota . I am being paid 28$/hr. I would like to know the minimum wage requirement (if applicable) to apply for H1 B this year. Currently my employer is denying me sponsorship stating that the pay is less.

Could I please know the minimum wage requirement in Minnesota to apply for H1 B this year?
