H1/H4 stamping using dropbox in Delhi

Hi,

Me & my wife are eligible for dropbox stamping in Delhi.
The drop box confirmation page has me & my wife's passport details. Its a single page.

Queries
1) Can the passports be submitted on different dates using the same drop box confirmation letter e.g. my wife submits passport in Delhi embassy on 15th March and i submit my passport on 7th April?

2) Can i submit the passport on my wife's behalf?
