    Fee for an H4 Petition

    Hi ,
    My wife's I-94 is not in sysnc with mine so I guess I need to file for her H4 petition. Can you pls tell me how much is the USCIS fee for it.

    And would in normal circumstances an employer pay it or the employee.

    Appreciate any help.

      Employer should bears the visa costs for dependants of the employee by law.
