Urgent H1B Termination by employer
Hello
I am currently on H1B and my current project ended my employer said they are able to pay be bench for only few days
I found a new project so my employer says they are terminating my H1B and Refile again next week to save Bench period
Can employer terminate your H1B(I know Yes ) but can they refile for me again next week
They say they have already filed for new labor as I got a new project and background verification is taking some time
So they are saying instead of paying you bench we are terminating ur h1b and refile it again and you can start working with ur receipt notice
