H1-B Petition approval
Currently I am in Toronto Canada , I got picked up last year H1-B lottery and received petition approved till 09/2017 , request you to provide clarification on my below queries
1. Can petition be renewed / extended before stamping from Toronto Canada? OR
2. Should I go ahead for stamping here in Canada , before my current petition validity date?
If yes and by any chance it didn’t happen for me to travel to USA before my current petition validity date then will I be able to file the US visa extension request from Canada?
