Hello all,
Pardon me if this question is already asked.
I am a master student in computer science. I have done my bachelors in EE . An employer in usa is interested in sponsoring my h1 visa. But their company is very small and new .... just started last year.. They dont even have a website yet .. But just an office address and a # .
I was wondering if this would effect my h1 papers.. Will the US government check whether the company is small or big. ? if they have a website ? How many people are on their payroll?
Some people told me , that it all depends on the immigration attorney as a good attorney can manage a case very well . Is it really true?
have you ever had a similar situation? What happened in your case?
I'm very new to h1 filing and I request you to guide me in this issue.
Should i go with the small company who is interested in filing my h1? or look for another employer?
Please help.
Thanks in advance
