H4 EAD - Applicaation filing
Hi there,
I have read the H4 EAD FAQ, two of the question seems to be contradict to me? please clarify
1. Can i apply for H4-EAD while i am in india?
Ans : No, you must be physically present in USwhen you apply for H4 EAD?
Query: Shall i travel to india after apply the H4 EAD or should i need to wait till get the approval?
2. Can i travel overseas and come back after applying for EAD?
