H1B and H4B Dropbox Eligibility?

Based on the Dropbox eligibility conditions,I am eligible for Interview Waiver Drop Box.
I have filled,DS-160,paid Visa fee and Receipts activated.
Now when I tried to schedule appointment, asking me to choose to location/date/time.Till this time, I didn't get any questions about dropbox eligibility. I am going to get these questions once i selected the appointment Date/Time?.

I started the New Appointment again, this time I got the Dropbox letter questions and I got the dropbox confirmation page.
What was went wrong in my earlier is
for the below question, I answered as 'No', instead of yes.
Was your Previous H1B visa Annotated "Clearance Received"or "Department Authorization".
