H1 B petition validity after resigning the job
Hi there,
In Oct 2016 i have resigned my job with Company A and came back to india for personnel emergency now im trying to come back. I have a petition from Company A valid up to 2019 but its not stamped in my passport. I'm not sure that petition is valid,
if yes what would be a best option for me ?
1. Do i have a option to find jobs from here and transfer the same petition to new employer , stamp and travel back.
2. Talk to my old employer Company A itself get the same job, stamp and travel back.
if not valid then do i need to start H1 from the first to come back ?
Please give some suggestions. Thanks
