Dear Readers,
Nine months back, when I was working on H1-B visa (for company C) in USA, company A successfully did my H1-B transfer but because of some unforseen reasons, I could not join the company A and continue working in my old company (i.e. Company C). After one month company B also successfully did my H1-B transfer and I joined company B. Can I join company A now without it having to transfer H1-B visa again? Is H1-B visa from company A still valid? Under what circumstances company A need not file my H1-B transfer.
Please advice. Appreciate all the replies
