Reg:H1b VISA interview complication if any for un-stampeded H1b

Hi,
i am working for a company A , during that i got an offer to apply H1b from a company B.

Company B applied for H1b and it got approved in 2013 but not went for stamping due to personal reasons in india.

I am not resigned company A and continued my services with company A only, now company A applied H1b and it got approved and now i am going for a stamping for my current Company A , H1

My query is :

1) is there any issue in interview due to the unused approved petition from Company B?
