Can any advice on the below scenario,
I lost my job in Company A in Feb 10 and got a contract position with company B, they are working on my H1B transfer. Now i got a offer from Company C and they are going to start the transfer process.
My question- Can i join company B for now and then Join company c later once they file the visa transfer to keep the status with the new 60 day transfer policy.
