Hello,
I work for a company name “A” and I have my H1B stamped last Nov which is valid until Sept 2019. Recently my company has changed its name from “A” to “B” (just a name change, no change in my designation/work responsibilities, work location, Employer tax ID and company organization structure).
Now I need to go to India for my marriage and need help for the following questions.
1. What are the list of documents I should have for this trip
2. Which company Name (A or B) should I enter in DS-160 form for my wife’s H4 visa and what are the documents she should carry during her visa interview
