I changed my employer in 2014 but my previous stamping was valid till jul 2016 and in the meantime in may 2015 I went to India....and as I was suggested, I didn't go for stamping.Now my prev employer visa stamping is expired n I need to travel india in april17 while current i797 expiring in September 17. I have to initiate extension n I 140 process after my return. My employer says It might be risky. My case is Dropbox.. Can somebody suggest if it's safe to travel india n do stamping within 5 months of i797 expiry?
