Serious Problem - Back to India from US in 3 days - In a dialemma

I have stepped in Chicago-USA on March 10, 2006.

But, due to a urgent family problem (funeral of my close relative), I have gone back to Hyderabad-India on March 13th from USA.

My employer is not believing that I have gone back to Hyderabad because of an emergency and is threating to revoke my H1B Petition, he might have done so by now, I am not sure, but I cant go to USA on his H1B now.

Is it possible for my H1B to get transferred to a new Employer and enter to USA???

Will it be a problem for me at Chennai US Consulate or POE-Immigration people if I fly back to USA on a new H1B Visa?
(reason being, I suspect that my previous US Employer might have revoked my existing H1B visa as he is not believing what I am saying),

Please guide me in this, please.

You need to sort out issues with your employer separately to decide whether you can travel on previous visa.
