I have got the H1b Approved petition on APR 2013 in a X company in India, But. Due to my family & personal reason ,
I could't used that petition and didn't get Visa stamping still now.
My approved petition is going to expire in SEP 2017(within in three months) .
Due to my family commitment i unable to travel with in SEP -2017.
MY Question : IF approved petition got expired , again i would need to start freshly(fresh H1 have to apply) would need to go for lottery system ? or we can use this
expired petition itself ? Please explain the process by any one ASAP . It would be more helpful for us.
