What is max limit including L1B and H1B

I have statyed in US for 2 years on L1B (2014 & 2015).
I have come back to US (2017) on H1b after a gap of 18 months.

Now am I eligible for fresh 6 years on my H1B entry or not?
(or)
The previous 2 years are also counted ?
